Living room has a 5 seater sofa set, with a fully furnished open kitchen (with microwave, Induction and cutlery.
First floor has two bedroom and second floor has one bedroom and a family couch room (where a family or group of friends can sit together).
Guests will have full access to the villa, Plunge pool and Parking space.
I will be available at every point in time as and when required during your stay.

Additional rulesIMPORTANT INFORMATION DURING YOUR STAY :
1. Check-out time :
The Apartment must be vacated by 11.00 hrs. Please make sure that the Apartment is kept in good condition.
2. Check-out procedure :
a) Do all the dishes.
b) Leave the Apartment tidy.
c) Collect all the garbage and leave it in the kitchen.
d) Return your Apartment keys.
3) Keys :
Please take care of the Apartment keys. For the keys that are not returned we will charge Rs.3000/-.
4. Silence :
Be aware that your Apartment is located in the quiet residential area. Please always respect the surrounding neighbours and reduce the noise levels in and around premises.
5. Alcohol, drugs & Smoking :
The use of drugs and abuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited in and around the premises. Smoking is not allowed in the Apartment.
6. Linen & Towels :
a) Linen will be changed on every 4th night for a stay of 4 or more nights.
b) Linen, towels or any other items should not be taken outside the property.
7. Technical Issues :
Your Apartment has been carefully checked before your arrival. However, technical malfunctions can always occur, please report this as soon as you notice it.
