By using LocalVibe.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Definitions

“We,” “us,” “our” refers to LocalVibe.in, the website operator.

“User,” “you,” “your” refers to anyone using the site, including guests and hosts.

“Host” refers to a person or entity listing a rental property.

“Guest” refers to someone booking or inquiring about a listed property.
2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.

You agree to use LocalVibe.in only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to impersonate another person or use false information.
3. Booking & Payments

Booking details (dates, number of guests, etc.) must be accurate.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

You authorize us or our payment partners to charge your card or wallet for confirmed bookings.

Any additional charges (e.g. cleaning fees, damage deposit) will be clearly mentioned.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy described below. Refunds will be processed as per the policy active at the time of booking.
5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate information and real photos.

The property must be clean, safe, and available as described.

Hosts must respect guest privacy and local regulations.
6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the host’s house rules.

Any damages must be reported and may be charged.

Illegal activity, loud noise, or disturbance may lead to eviction without refund.
7. Local Laws and Taxes
Users are responsible for complying with all local laws, including registration and tax obligations. Hosts are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on LocalVibe.in (text, photos, logos, etc.) is the property of LocalVibe.in or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without permission.
9. Disclaimers

We are a platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not a party to the rental agreement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of listings.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
LocalVibe.in shall not be liable for:

Any injury, loss, or damage incurred at a listed property

Booking disputes between host and guest

Technical errors or service interruptions
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed booking.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your City, e.g., Mumbai], India.

50% advance at the time of booking
50% on or before check in date.
Cancellation Policy
Season - 30 days prior check in 100%
For bookings within 30 days of check in - Non refundable
Peak period (18 Dec - 5 Jan )
Non refundable
One time Date change can be allowed 10 days prior the check in date.
Booking tansfer can also be allowed 10 days prior.
