Moping & sweeping will be done every alternate days . linen will be replaced once in 3 days. note - please note once or twice a year the swimming pool and gym are closed for maintenance for about a week. Please check with us regarding the dates. before you book. swimming pool timing are 9am till 7pm swimming pool is not in the same compound , its across the road BELOW ARE THR SOCIETY POOL RULES The swimming pool operating hours will be 6.30am - 1.00pm and 4.00pm - 9.00pm daily. 1. Persons will be permitted to utilise the pool only after making entry in a register maintained for the purpose. 2. Swimming attire permitted will be such that is specifically purchased for such use. For example - If you desire to wear costumes other than swimming trunks for men and one/two piece swimsuits for ladies such attire should be made for the purpose. Body length suits are available but differ greatly from simply a nylon slacks/T shirt. The pictures of permitted attire will either be displayed or available with the pool attendant. 3. Having a shower is mandatory before entering the pool. 4. Guests defaulting on the rules will be charged a fine of Rs 500 per person per instance. 5. In case owners decline to follow the rules and insist on doing as they please, the Management Committee reserves the right to cease operation of the pool after notice thereof. guests will have access to the full apartment, parking for 2 wheelers, gym and swimming pool. I will be regularly in touch with you to make sure you have a happy and memorable holidays. we are located in a beautiful complex in Arpora. 5 minutes drive to Baga beach 8-10 minutes to calangute, candolim, anjuna & vagator beaches. Grocery stores, restaurants , bars, medical stores etc wmare within a walking distance from the complex. we will help you get in touch with the local bike/car renters and taxi drivers so that you can explore the places around by yourself. we will also help you with your excursions and your sight seeing plans.

Additional rulesAbsolutely no drugs or illigal activities will be tolerated on the premises. Guests are expected to keep the property clean and treat it like their own home. All provided amenities (electrical gadgets, appliances, fixtures, furnishings, utensils, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels etc) to be carefully handled and not misused. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible. Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C. Ensure that all water taps, gas supply is turned off after use. keep noise down, more so after 10 pm at night. Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property's facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises. Note: In accordance with the Government of Goa requirements, it is mandatory for ALL guests to give me copies of the following documents on arrival: For all guests coming from overseas, copies of their - passport - Indian visa - tickets to and from Goa For all guests flying in from neighboring cities, copies of their - passport or Aadhar card - tickets to and from Goa For all guests driving into Goa, copies of - passport or Aadhar card - Driving License - car registration number Visitors - all visitors must submit their ids whether staying or no. Visitors without ids will not be allowed or will have to vacate the property immediately. This is intended to be your Home Away From Home. Please help me keep it that way.
