Our 2 bhk Luxury and spacious Apartment in north Goa with a valley view and rooftop swimming pool is a perfect getaway for families and friends of upto 6. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. PLEASE REFER HOUSE RULES FOR NOISE RESTRICTIONS. ONLY FAMILIES AND COUPLES ALLOWED.
This is our 2 bhk spacious and luxury apartment with a rooftop pool.

guests can select their time during the day and use the pool with privacy by locking the terrace door from outside.
we have very few residents in this building and this rules applies to everyone. incase if any of our neighbours are using the pool they will also lock the door for their privacy.
STRICT HOUSE RULES
- This is a Residential building and as per building Management rules we are not supposed to make noise (screams, loud talks, loud music etc) post 9 pm. This will be considered a nuisance and guests may be asked to vacate on the spot.
- Swimming pool rules and timings must be followed. guests are not supposed to litter around the pool. if you carry any disposables then please bring it back to the apartment and put it in the Dustbins provided.
guests will have access to the full apartment, parking and pool.
I ll be always available on call. our manager will also be ther to help incase if need be.
we are located in a beautiful location on a way to betim. nearest beach would be about 6-7 kms from the property.
supermarkets, wine-stores, eateries, restaurants, mall are waiting a radius of 1 km
we will help you with contacts of the taxis and bike/car rentals
Please note this is our apartment in a building wher ther are other residents as well . which means we have

Special areas for smokingSmoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking outside these areas will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and may be subject to a fine.
Respect your neighboursPlease be considerate of your neighbours and mindful of noise levels.
Additional rulesAbsolutely no drugs or illigal activities will be tolerated on the premises.
Guests are expected to keep the property clean and treat it like their own home.
All provided amenities (electrical gadgets, appliances, fixtures, furnishings, utensils, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels etc) to be carefully handled and not misused. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C.
Ensure that all water taps, gas supply is turned off after use.
keep noise down, more so after 10 pm at night.
Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock.
We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property's facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises.
Note:
In accordance with the Government of Goa requirements, it is mandatory for ALL guests to give me copies of the following documents on arrival:
For all guests coming from overseas, copies of their
- passport
- Indian visa
- tickets to and from Goa
For all guests flying in from neighboring cities, copies of their
- passport or Aadhar card
- tickets to and from Goa
For all guests driving into Goa, copies of
- passport or Aadhar card
- Driving License
- car registration number
Visitors - all visitors must submit their ids whether staying or no. Visitors without ids will not be allowed or will have to vacate the property immediately.
