Beautiful 7 Bedroom Unique villa with 7 Spacious Suites and a private pool. Located in a peaceful location in Mandrem Village and walking distance to clean and charming Mandrem Beach. A perfect getaway for small and large groups to chill and enjoy their holidays near less crowded beaches in North Goa. Breakfast is not included in Price and can be provided at an additional charge (must be booked in advance). Chef and Barbeque also provided at additional charge (must be booked in advance).

Each floor has two rooms. Ground and first floor has separate 4 individual suites and both upper floors have two bedrooms each with bigger living area and all created with organic interiors to keep us all closer to the nature.

Cleaning will be done daily
Linen will be changed on Alternate days
Chef - We can provide a freelancer chef at and additonal price but must be booked well in advance. if guests are not intrested in a professional chef then they can speak to our onsite staff at a nominal price and they will help them with the same.
Breakfast - Breakfast is not included in the prices, but can be offered at an nominal cooking charge .(groceries will be charged on actuals)

Guest access

Guests will have access to the full property. Private swimming pool, their individual rooms and parking.

Other things to note

Please note there is no lift in the villa. This must be kept in mind if you are travelling with many senior citizens and/or with group member who have difficulty in climbing the stairs
