The space

This is our Spacious and luxury 4 Floors 8 bedroom private pool villa in main Candolim (about a km from the beach).

Ground floor has a huge pool , lounge area, Kitchen and the parking.
first, second and third floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with attached living, bathroom and balcony each and 4th floor has 2 bedrooms with an attached swimming pool.
Maximum occupancy is 25 guests. (extra person charge applicable)
Standard occupancy - 16 guests.

Barbeque will be provided upon request. (coal and food must be arranged by the guests)

Cleaning will be done everyday
Linen will be changed every third day.

We have two employees to clean and maintain the place . They stay in the staff room on the ground floor.

Parking - We have a Private parking for Two cars. if there are more cars, then those will have to be parked in the road side parking at walking distance (little ahead from the property).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the full villa , parking, kitchen and private swimming pool.

Other things to note

A refundable security deposit of 10000 will be collected from the guests at the time of check in . The same will be refunded at the time of check out if there are no damages/loss caused by the guests.
