A cozy and peaceful one bhk serviced apartment in a prime location in North Goa. Baga beach is about 2.5kms from the property. The apartment is fully furnished and perfect vacation home for small families or group of upto 3 guests. swimming pool is in C block just across the road and is operational between 9 am - 8 pm

The space

This is our fully furnished cozy one bedroom apartment on a third floor (with lift access and stairs) .
The apartment has one bedroom , one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and living cum dining area. This also has a small balcony sit-out to enjoy your tea time.

The complex has 24 hours security

Bike parking is inside the gate.
Car can be parked outside the gate.

Cleaning will be done once daily.
Linen will be changed once in 3 days.

note - please note once or twice a year the swimming pool and gym are closed for maintenance for about a week. Please check with us regarding the dates. before you book.

BELOW ARE THR SOCIETY POOL RULES

1. Persons will be permitted to utilise the pool only after making entry in a register maintained for the purpose.
2. Swimming attire permitted will be such that is specifically purchased for such use. For example - If you desire to wear costumes other than swimming trunks for men and one/two piece swimsuits for ladies such attire should be made for the purpose. Body length suits are available but differ greatly from simply a nylon slacks/T shirt. The pictures of permitted attire will either be displayed or available with the pool attendant.
3. Having a shower is mandatory before entering the pool.
4. Guests defaulting on the rules will be charged a fine of Rs 500 per person per instance.
5. In case owners decline to follow the rules and insist on doing as they please, the Management Committee reserves the right to cease operation of the pool after notice thereof.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the apartment. Bike parking area
